On the other hand, most saturated fats are also healthy for the human body, such as milk, cheese, butter, coconut, palm oil, etc. In other words, saturated fats can also be taken as a healthy diet. A sufficient amount of saturated fats can decrease the rate of heart diseases in the human body. The risk of diseases can be reduced if your body intakes a limited amount of fats.

 

2. Unsaturated fats:

Fats that are liquid at room temperature are generally identified as unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats are not in saturated form. Intake of unsaturated fats is good for the human body. As it reduces the risk of heart problems and stroke and improves blood cholesterol. It may also aid to stop arrhythmias. Lipid levels are also improved by taking unsaturated fats. The food that contains unsaturated fats are:

Olive oil, Canola oil, and peanut oil are rich in monounsaturated fats. They can also be beneficial for losing weight. They may not affect heart health in a bad manner. In both animals and plants, monounsaturated fats are found.

Polyunsaturated fats

They are divided into 2-groups (omega-3 fats and omega-6 fats). Omega-3 fats are found in sea foods whereas omega-6 fats are spotted in plant foods. Omega-3 fatty acids are known for heart-healthy fat. Polyunsaturated fats upsurge and maintains the cholesterol level in the body. Oily fish, such as sardines, mackerel, trout, salmon, herring, safflower, grapeseed, soybean, and sunflower oils, nuts, seeds, pastured eggs, etc contains polyunsaturated fats.

Trans Fats

These are the type of fats that are found organically at low levels in several foods. These fats are rare in nature. They can be found in natural or artificial forms. Fats that are formed in animals’ abdomen are referred to as naturally trans fats. They can also raise the cholesterol level in the blood, like saturated fats. It also increases the risk of cardiac problems in the body. The inner ling of blood vessels is also affected by trans fats. To balance the healthiness of the body it is vital to lower the measure of trans fats. You can take them in a small amount as it is not needed by your body. By taking trans-fat in huge amounts body gain extra weight that is bad for your health. They are cheap and easy to use. Trans fats are found in cakes, pie, crusts, biscuits, frozen pizza, fried chicken, battered fish, doughnuts, muffins, potato and corn chips, crackers, mozzarella sticks, cookies, etc. In short, trans fats have a numeral of health effects on your body. These fats are also recognized as hydrogenated fats.

They have a destructive physical state for the body and are not essential. Food with more fats can increase the weight of the body. You need more than 97 grams of fats in a day. It may weaken your immune system if you don’t take fats in the required amount.
